Relooped partners with conscious fashion brands to list their garments on our platform. When you purchase an item, you’ll see a guaranteed return credit. After wearing it for a set period (e.g., one year), return the item and receive up to 30% of the original price as store credit.
Q2: What happens to the clothes I return?
Returned garments are inspected, refurbished if needed, and relooped into the circular economy — resold, upcycled, or responsibly recycled. Nothing goes to waste
Q3: Do I need to keep the tags or packaging?
No need to keep tags or packaging. Just return the garment in wearable condition after the usage period. We’ll take care of the rest!
Q4: What is “return credit” and how do I use it?
Return credit is store credit you earn by sending your clothes back after the usage period. It can be used toward future purchases on Relooped, helping you shop smarter and more sustainably.
Q5: What if my returned item is damaged or stained?
We accept normal wear and tear, but excessive damage or stains may reduce your return credit. We’ll inspect each item and notify you of the final credit amount.
Q6: Can I return items bought outside Relooped?
Currently, returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through the Relooped platform. Stay tuned — we’re working on expanding our circular services!.
